Returns

If you feel your Sculpt yoga and exercise mat isn’t right for you, you have 14 days from the day of receiving the product to return it.

Before making the decision to return, consider:

• Our yoga and exercise mats are crafted to improve your practice. Sometimes, it takes a few more sessions to experience their full potential. Why not give it another try?
• We offer free delivery on all orders, so if you decide to order another mat later, it’s easy and at no extra cost.

If you still wish to return your mat, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us by filling out the form with your order details and reason for return.
2. Send the products by courier to the following address:

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund:

We process refunds and exchanges within 14 business days of receiving your return. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. At Sculpt, we value our customers and strive to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, simply return the original item and place a new order. Don’t forget, free delivery applies to all purchases!

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
